一个叫卢克的前台服务态度极差，回酒店已经很晚了，卡出问题了刷不上电梯，我很累很困的在等，他不是在帮我解决问题，而是在帮我制造问题。详细的情况我会通过万豪总部投诉的。但是服务绝对的差评小，要住的客人慎选。

地段非常好，斜对面就是港汇恒隆广场，旁边是徐汇中学，早饭和行政酒廊餐食都是还可以的，有自助餐可以选择，服务不行跟不上，我去登记问套餐有下午茶开始和我说没的，我打开订单查了才说有，第二天早上起来去自助早餐，又给拦在门外说房间不含早餐，又要我出示订单？你们这是星级酒店好吧？然后过了一两分钟以后和我说你们进去吧可能是前台忘记登记了，这不是你们的过失嘛？用餐完之后我去投诉，然后是昨天的前台回过来和我说昨天不是和你说了有下午茶吗？个么我问你没确认好是我的事情咯？我说早餐地方他们说是前台没登记，于是他说个么我和他们去说电话挂了，到现在没人给我一个回复处理，没人说一句抱歉的话，服务肯定是差评！！！
