一家无人性的酒店，本人脚痛走不动，拿不了东西，打电话给前台是否能帮忙拿一下，就是不行，没人性，之前住过几次，以后不住了。

房间总体偏小，卫浴间很大，卧室太小。房间布局不合理，房门竟然正对着床，私密性太差（图1），卫生间里竟然没有排风设施 让我很惊讶（图2），洗手池太浅 水笼头只能半开 第一下开的时候习惯性开大 结果就是水飞溅的到处都是，这个设计简直反人性。浴缸上面没有晾衣服的挂绳，只能说这酒店设计方面槽点多多，完全配不上它的价格。

房间隔音非常不好，早餐品种少，早餐时间是6:30-10:00，但是8:30的时候很多果汁牛奶水果之类就没有了。房间床很窄，地毯很脏。一个保洁员负责整层房间，根本干不过来，连续住的房间进来倒个垃圾填条浴巾就走了。

长寿路和胶州路路口，交通便利，酒店很新，服务不错，早餐品种多，食物新鲜，有健身房，但是缺憾就是游泳池没有开放。

酒店周边很方便，性价比很高，单从客房 位置及店内设备设施来讲可以说是非常完美。但是该酒店前台工作人员服务差，礼宾人员长时间都不在岗位上，如果打电话客房服务也是根本没有人接！如果是这样 完全可以改成自助办理入住，办理入住进了房间就没人服务了，洗澡弄湿了拖鞋想要再要一双 打了五次电话都没有打通，试问这是哪个酒店的前台 和客房服务能做出来的事情？工作人员闲散不负责 随意走动 算了不想说了

早餐还不错，就是煮面的师傅有点不耐烦的样子，希望只是个案，毕竟这是星级酒店，就算没有笑脸，也请别不耐烦。还有一点，热牛奶温度不够，泡干果半天都热不起来，这些细节请注意。
总体而言，酒店性价比不错，下次来还住这里。
