    提前打电话告知前台由于堵车有可能要晚到一会，前台竟然声称住房紧张，不给留，让去找艺龙。在我的抗议下，转到预订部，预订部的人员才表示并没有住满不必担心可以晚一会到。 到达后竟然没有免费的停车位甚至地上地下转了一圈也找不到收费停车位，而在艺龙的网站上明确写明的酒店提供免费停车位，这又给本人造成了极大的麻烦，赶紧找朋友来将车开走停在他家才算住下。联系店家回复是要等第二天领导上班后才能解答此问题。好在联系艺龙客服时，艺龙说明是自己的信息披露有问题，并表示将承担停车费来表示歉意。对艺龙的快速反应表示满意。由于上海的朋友帮忙，最后没有使用酒店所在物业的停车位，也就不需要艺龙的返款了。 总体上看，酒店地理位置较好，周边餐饮方便是优点。但服务有问题，房间小，设施不齐全（也是标准间的标准价，但没有基本的吹风机，小毛巾）是最大的缺陷。与国外和国内其他地方的ibis相比，这一家真是较差的。 附：酒店表示吹风机正在安装过程中，没有小毛巾可以多给浴巾。正好所定的另一间房中吹风机已安好，哪知安装在床对面，同行的朋友表示既不方便又影响晚上的睡眠（有一个长亮的小灯）；哪知多给的浴巾显得发旧和粗糙，最后没有用上。

    没wifi，没电话，电视可能是接的“小锅盖”且比黑白电视高一个档次。优点是前台会说日语，跟日本妞聊的火热！

    酒店的环境比较舒服，周边配套设施不错（如果去世博园区，要坐地铁7号线的话，就会远一点，打的士12块），晚上逛完世博回到酒店附近只有KFC吃。房间内的卫生间没有抽风机，感觉在里面有点闷，洗澡后烟蒙蒙，烟雾很久也不散。酒店空调是恒温设置，房间内不能调解节温度，感觉睡觉时有点热。
