住了两晚都洗冷水澡，结果去酒店投诉换房，发现原来九楼大部分都没有热水，于是才抓紧烧水，当场火就来了，整个九楼都没有热水，客人不投诉就不烧，这也太不自觉了吧，让我白白洗了两天冷水澡。洗澡是酒店基本设施，我去理论房价，送了我一杯咖啡和免费早餐当作道歉，呸，大晚上我喝咖啡是让我睡不着觉啊，anyway,我也懒得吵了，到了第二天晚上十一点钟，说来热水了，我一洗，还是温的，直到第三天早上洗澡，那才是真的热水，因为需要加冷水，才证明烧热了，靠！差评，绝对的差评。烧热水是基本自觉的服务，整个九楼都没，不会自觉烧吗
