My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 2:30AM. Despite the late hours, the check-in process was smooth and fast. The lady at the front desk was really helpful.
Room was clean, quiet despite being next to a busy street. Surprisingly the AC despite controlled centrally, the room temperature was just right at around 23 - 24.5 degrees in early November. The room was also big enough to open 2 x 24" suitcases and still with space to walk around. There's dry and wet toilet area.
Breakfast selection was extremely good, and the service crew at the breakfast was well manner and helpful too.
The only complain I had was there's no place to hang towel or clean cloths inside the wet shower area, and the hotel was quite far from the nearest subway station (despite being next to the Shanghai Railway station). No issue if you are taking a cab.

酒店位置步行几分钟能到上海站，也可以直接到地铁，位置独特，所以价格相对有点小贵。
房间面积中等，设施装修看着有些年头但是很乾净整洁。整体感觉服务是非常好的，入住离店的後续都很快，特别感谢前台Alan同学，帮忙打印着急的合同。

第二次来上海，挑选假日酒店选择今年开业的静安区，柜台服务人员服务满满，我订购双床两间原本只有四份早餐，但入住有6大一小，柜台人员直接帮忙升级给予三份早餐非常感谢??

人生第一次给评论就献给这间饭店，收到的服务和情绪价值远超出房费。
入住前会根据顾客需求来挑调整房型，洗衣烘衣房很高级，也可以直接从房间内的电视看到洗衣房的是否有机器闲置，非常方便。
30号住房当天晚上在房内不慎打破玻璃杯割伤手指，前台服务人员不仅第一时间带着医疗箱上来协助、帮忙打电话叫车送至医院，其中一位前台小姐姐Ricci甚至全程陪同，协助办理急诊、足足陪伴了超过45分钟! （快帮她加薪给奖金！！）最後又亲自送了慰问品、招待我们吃早餐，早餐内容非常丰富，中西式饮食能满足大部分人的口味。

静安假日给我很大惊喜，环境简约雅致，设施新净且科勒淋浴体验极佳，冲走一日的疲惫，服务人员礼貌周到，整体入住体验非常满意，值得推荐！没来得及拍照，走的匆忙，下次一定再来。

The hotel is very at the heart of the city. It’s near the metro, very convenient and flexible.
