酒店很安静，环境很好，主要是带小孩比较适合，酒店也有免费去免税店的大巴车，如果去自己打车就要140左右，想想来回，就够你买一件化妆品，不过去免税点要提前一天的下午5:30以上预约，

入住体验很差，前台态度恶劣。携程订的房，办理入住百般刁难。给携程电话，携程态度更恶劣。我说投诉携程客服，她说她就是售后的，投诉还是找她。

住了三晚文华转到温德姆，因为离机场近。可是，真心不推荐温德姆，卫生差劲啊！厕所门一关，门后全部是脏的，进门就像普通单身公寓，脏乱差，过道壁虎2只，只有床干净。可是床像水床，太软，不舒服啊！阳光很好，泳池人太多。今天立马转到同是机场隔壁的喜来登，贵了100块一个天一个地吧！不是广告，你们可以先住温德姆再住喜来登试试。下面放几张XLD图，绝不是广告。参考一下吧

这个酒店真的是超级无敌好 非常干净 整洁 服务一级棒 酒店早餐也不错 自助晚餐也好吃 非常值 极力推荐 下次去三亚必须住这个酒店
