酒店每天都在对设施维护，前台工作效率很快，服务一流，这也是我每次到三亚必住的酒店之一。入住时间是24小时至，凭这一点可以秒杀很多度假酒店。酒店隔音很好，床很舒服。晚上不开阳台门听不到飞机起落声音。希望可以帮助你们

本来四晚上的行程、由于酒店环境非常玩美、尤其前台程妮服务态度非常不错！又多住了四晚！非常适合渡假的酒店！今天发现酒店内餐厅非常不错、不用往外面跑！

酒店我比较满意 这里的服务真的挺好的 服务员都特别热情好客 积极为我解答疑问 特别是给我办入住的前台小邓和带我回房间的宾客服务部的小肖 她们两个服务素养挺高 总的来说酒店让我感觉挺好的 赞一个！

酒店位置离机场和沙滩很近，酒店地下就是华联超市、商场，购物、吃饭都很方便，酒店附近有很多海鲜大排档和水果店，吃海鲜、买水果都很方便。圣诞节期间入住的，游泳池都是恒温的，但成人泳池水温较低，放弃了游泳计划，儿童泳池水温适宜，宝贝每天都要下水游玩一次。酒店房间是半开放式的，空间很大，阳台可以看海景，阳台有个浴缸，可以穿泳衣泡澡。早餐人很多，高峰时间很难找到座位，就餐环境的卫生状况有待提高，早餐品种齐全，味道还算满意。室内的儿童乐园的厕所卫生情况很差，并没有人及时打扫。
