酒店景色、环境高大上，服务员态度热情周到，特别感谢总台服务员小洪，由于前一天玩的太迟，第二天起床太晚，她还帮忙延时1个小时退房(免费)，真的很暖心，明年三亚度假还住美高梅！

酒店离百花谷很近，位置不错，小朋友玩的室外设施还行，不过室内的儿童俱乐部不是很大，而且泳池旁绿植不太多，比较晒，好处是蚊虫少，基本没有；早餐品种一般，味道一般，没有太让人有印象的食物，总体总体性价比一般，不过酒店前台升级了房型，习惯性好评

酒店设施还行，离海滩进，订的豪华客房，房间没有窗户，没有阳台，哦，不对，有个通风口就是不太打得开。前台服务员说这是酒店最差的房间，所以没有，搞不懂为什么不在网上写清楚窗户大概有一个通风口那么大呢。

说走就走的三亚行，选了一下午酒店选到美高梅，一共住了三天，总体来说还不错，但是第一天办入住的前台态度很差，住过那么多酒店，第一次遇到这种前台。我们进酒店首先找的就是前台，这种死板的态度让我们对酒店瞬间大打折扣。好在第二天早上换房间时，有个微胖的东北姑娘前台就很好，服务态度一个天一个地。美高梅还是比较适合亲子游的，以后带小宝宝来三亚也是会考虑再次入住的，当然别再有那种态度恶劣的前台了。
