  设施：设备齐全，使用方便。自驾有停车位。 衞生：清洁整齐，保洁工作负责到位。 环境：在老城区的边缘，附近有小餐馆。离天鹅景区近。到其它景点要打车。早餐在37楼，可俯瞰城区。 服务：大堂服务很好，车到酒店就有人接行李，一直送到房间。前台办理入住、退房很快，而且对相关事务，如早餐、房间位置等，主动説明。

  设施：乾净智能，就是这个电视和床的距离让人有点哭笑不得，感觉电视起装饰的作用更大一些哈哈哈。热，非常热，为了看风景选了朝南的位置，不知道冷气还没开始供，还好第二天下雨了开窗凉快一些 衞生：刚入住很乾净，就是每日清洁来的比较晚 服务：前台服务非常好 环境：座标不错，周围吃玩都很方便，从天鹅湖能走回酒店

  早餐很丰盛。周边环境也很好，楼上就能看到天鹅湖。赠送的房间升级、延迟退房都能主动兑现。交通也方便，床垫很舒服。唯一美中不足的是枕头太软了，没有配备乳胶枕或者荞麦枕，睡不惯软枕头。

  房间设施良好，宽敞明亮，楼道有纸笔牙签等，随用随拿。服务好，酒店大厅元素爱了爱了，还有配套的37楼自助餐厅，目之所及是黄河。停车非常方便。是一个我还想再住的酒店。
