很一般，就是一个到处都需要钱，但是花了钱还没有好的服务的地方，尤其是温泉，酒店里买了套泳衣1900，进去之后才发现就只有4个池子，室外的需要另外收费和预约，最差的入住体验

设施很好，服务较佳，环境优美，值得再次入住。位置不在市中心，有点偏远，交通也不太方便，好在其他各方面都不错，还是给赞！

很好！！！！！！！！环境很好，卫生可以，位置有点偏，但是无敌海景很值得！交通不太方便，自己有车最好！值得体验？

带孩子来住，优点有二：一是房间内宽敞，智能化设备较好。电子开关，电视，马桶都是智能的，方便，使用感觉很好。二是景色很美，房间都是海景房，私用沙滩和与海水连接的泳池很棒。缺点最突出也是有二：一是入住服务一般。本已是霸王条款要求12点前退房，3点后才能入住，奇葩的是等到3点仍不能入住，解释说没打扫出来，到底何时入住，没点。一堆客人等在服务区，不敢出去，也不能玩，更无法入住休息，难以想象这个档次价位会受到如此无礼的服务。二是吃的太太太一般。酒店周围没啥可逛的，只有酒店内用餐，但11厨的自助太一般了，品种，味道都不及外面几十的自助，就是与星级酒店比也赶不上一般四星。所谓11国料理没什么正宗也没什么美味，早餐更差，大家都在排队煮麻辣烫，因为没有别的能吃。好几百块的自助差到如此境地真心是醉了。感觉涵碧楼确实是一锤子买卖，不推荐。
