硬件设施很不错，设计的理念和酒店的风格都很给力，就是软件方面，酒店的管理感觉似乎和硬件是不相称的，是不搭调的，感觉缺乏酒店管理经验，前台办理入住和退房手续繁琐现场服务人员手忙脚乱，客人排队等候，跟酒店那种大气而空旷的风格形成了较大的反差....期待下次酒店管理的升级和改进
