酒店硬件不错，但在五星级酒店里也不算特别好。不过服务就真的是超级好，是我住过的五星级酒店里边最好的。另外酒店的位置很好，江景房和自助早餐的风景都很好。

国内香格里拉酒店中很好的一家，硬件设施不错，服务绝对国内一流，贴心细致，最喜欢它的大气，尽显这个品牌的气质特色，大堂和前台服务水平和态度尤赞。下次来宁波还会入住。
