环境嘛就是五星级的标准，觉得越高档的酒店更应该注重服务吧，一个人带孩子出游，本来晚饭想出去吃的，但孩子睡的比较早，酒店提供的菜单又不想吃，就想着点个外卖吧，外卖小哥到楼下后打电话说不让送上来，得我自己下去拿，这也能理解，但孩子小，怕在陌生地方醒来看不见大人在身边害怕，只能打电话给酒店服务台，询问情况特殊，能否让酒店工作人员送一下，得到的回复是现在比较忙，走不开，等忙完了再给您送过去。当时是晚上十点钟（如果是正常饭点我也可以接受），当时就很生气，也很无奈，只能把孩子喊醒了抱着孩子去楼下门口拿外卖，真觉得这九百多一晚的房间不值，完全没享受到特殊服务嘛
