湖景，实际是和日月潭相连的小面积的湖水。本来订的是湖景房，给了一个最边看山的房子，走到阳台把头伸出去才能看到下边的一个小水池的水，这也叫湖景房。给前台交涉未果，态度恶劣，硬说这就是湖景房，真心不知道台湾的服务竟然是这样的，特别是找了一个主管模样的人，态度也一样恶劣，在最后真心忍不住了，大吵一顿后才勉强给换了一个隔壁的房子，也是看不到什么湖景。价格本来就不便宜，而且还要受气，反正以后再不会光顾这样的一家酒店了。

能观湖景，但不是想象中的日月潭辽阔的湖景，实际是和日月潭相连的小面积的湖水。另外无梳妆台（镜）。酒店有到车站的接送车，但是都有固定时间点的，且要提前15分钟约！Ps：游湖船票和缆车各三百新台币，套票380，到处都有卖的。

服务也很好，健身房有很多娱乐设施，下大雨时和家人很开心的玩了一个多钟头，有免费自行车，一早六点就去骑行了一圈回来刚好吃早餐

看上去各种高大上，使用中电子控制时时失灵（空调，灯），设计处处不合理，内室没换气口，外室关不了灯，淋浴地漏处于地面高点，优点是按摩浴池和环湖自行车，还有服务人员态度好。

不错，有免费自行车，还有萤火虫活动。酒店就在日月潭边，从一楼直接到骑行道。虽然离主要街道有点路，但酒店有接驳车，走路也就15分钟。
