从店名，价位来看，应该是很不错的一家酒店，入住后我们被屋内的设施震撼到了。但大大出乎意料的是第二天早上我先生醒来觉得腿上痒，看着似乎像蚊子咬的，但掀开被子竟然有十多只很小的蚂蚁。叫来服务员，找了好久，也不知是从何而来的，太影响心情了。

订的湖景房，景色超棒！酒店有自行车，早晨沿湖骑行，很美。服务也很好，我订的双床房不知怎么成了大床房，服务员很快将大床改成双床。

离水社码头稍微有点远，但是走环湖自行车道的话，15分钟也到了，不想走的话可以搭酒店的接驳车，每小时一班来回于码头和酒店之间，服务特别赞，基本是有求必应。湖景家庭房里的温泉池，美坏了小家伙。

大力推荐，很好的酒店。离各个景点都不远，而且景区有酒店bus接驳，自驾还有停车场，酒店设施和卫生服务都很好。

离码头和服务中心有点距离，不过酒店接驳车很方便，提前十分钟预约就好。酒店环境很喜欢，选的日式房间，有个小朋友玩的地方。还值得一提，酒店免费单车，还有亲子车

酒店非常差，差的一塌糊涂！
1. 服务人员态度不好，鄙视大陆客人。
2. 卫生很差，居然在房间里发现上个客人留下的XX。
3. 早餐不好，选择性很少，和大陆的三星级酒店水平差不多。
4. 周边不方便，交通和购物都不方便。
这么多年酒店住下来，这是最差的一家。

日月潭湖边的酒店，有车到水社中心接驳，餐厅美味，自行车骑行免费，房间泡池超大，而且面对湖景很惬意。

所见即所得，网友这前两张照片吸引了我。呆在酒店很舒服，房间和浴室特大。酒店服务一流，晚餐价格公道，早餐特别丰富。酒店旁边有卖阿嫲茶叶蛋，还有一家快餐厅，老板娘是泰国裔，不是饭点可以就近解决一下。
