云品饭店是轻旅行放空的好地方。饭店活动丰富，但我喜欢待在房间里放空。饮食种类多，服务人员态度很好。在户外区用餐很舒服，看着湖景用餐很惬意。

Beautiful views from hotel. Clean facilities and rooms. Half board buffet meals were impressive with varied selection of foods, well cooked. Kids loved the play area and game room.

Enjoyed our stay at Fleur de Chine, very nice view from the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Extensive spread of the buffet dinner and breakfast, delicious! The shuttle service makes traveling a breeze.

杯子整洁度需提升及房间玻璃外侧有点脏，国外旅客多有些告示牌或活动资讯可以加上英文，其他餐点跟服务只能说无可挑剔。阿对，自己吃早餐去拿个餐点整桌连餐具被清光是需要改善一下…

友善的亲子温泉饭店，人员编制齐全，互动亲切有礼貌，硬体设施维护良好，高楼层视野开阔玻璃相当乾净，在日月潭一级战区实属难得
现场加价升等尊荣房，可惜横向资讯通知不良，行政酒廊没有入住名单（确认房卡无误後采先行进场再核实名单，这点应变能力不错），约定的铺床服务也没有确实完成（电话通知後火速完成，而且房间又重新整理一次，非常贴心），评价很高的行政酒廊没有吃到传说中的高档自助餐点，倒是单点的薯条/调酒/无酒精饮品/圆鳕让人感到满意，期待下次再来品嚐铁板烧料理
晚餐赠送的红酒无法携带回房间继续品嚐有点可惜，spa戏水区域水温偏低，设施稍感空虚，烤箱的大面落地窗视野不错，饭店整体营造出五感森林体验让人舒心满意
