第一次是4月来的，第一次入住感觉特别好，前台服务也好。这次入住完全两个感觉，首先前台服务员态度差，看到艺龙上写的18点前退房，我就前台问问，我也不会住到那会儿才退房啊，可服务员态度就很差，还极没耐心。 第二：进了房间，第一眼看到的是枕头在椅子上，枕套在下面扔着，我当时就想换房间了，朋友说算了，可能是服务员没来得及套上去，是干净的，就不要麻烦了，我也就算了。 早上睡起来，突然发现床头柜下面有一只脚，我的天呢，吓死我了，仔细一看，是一只鞋，很无语，总之感觉差爆了，不会再来了。

酒店出乎意料的让人满意。房间大，设施新，卫生干净，洗澡水好。洗澡淋浴和盆浴分开，马桶配卫洗丽。大堂也气派，服务也到位。希望保持，下次回家还住这儿。房间照片时间太紧张，没拍，但是真的很好。
