  酒店总体来説还是不错的，几点有待改进 1:门迎服务不够到位，我晚上十点到的门口三个人穿着大衣在聊天，无人上前迎接，无人给我开门，无人指引。我独自吃力地推大门（不知道旋转门开不开），无人理会。（2026.1.7晚入住） 2.泳池的拖鞋材质太滑，差点摔倒，而且卡住了差点脱不下来（见图） 3.小冰柜的饮料要单独收费，感受不是很好。好多三四百的酒店都有免费饮料。

  衞生不行，灰尘没打扫乾净也就算了，地下有上家客人的饼乾都没扫掉，被我家的宝宝捡起来差点要吃，早餐也是很一般，东西没了都不及时补，不值！

  带着两个孩子和爸爸从广州勇闯南通，看到点评上这家酒店，真的没有错，离南通森林动物园很近，而且服务满分，前台小哥哥Tony还很仔细和有耐心给我们介绍当地的旅游景点，下次还会来！

  酒店位置很好，周围就有山姆，万达等，离南通动物园很近。酒店装修很新，设施完善，乾净衞生，前台小阎提前加微信问了需求，安排了婴儿床和围栏，帮忙升级景观好的房间，很赞。推荐～
