早餐一般，品种不是很多。酒店停车场在里面的比较大，门口的小一些。内部整洁，舒适，也较比幽静，没有乱哄哄的感觉，总体而言，不错。就是我入住时交的押金，昨天退房，至现在还没退到，不知何因，是否一定要催问吗？

这次定了两个房间，有一个房间居然毛巾都没有放，后来送了两瓶饮料完事！第二天早上用早餐，由于房间是不含餐，老人下去用餐被拒之门外，还被告知由于是网上定的房间便宜，所以没有早餐！我们办理入住的时间说的很清楚用早餐可以报房号，挂房费，我们有1000元押金的，对于这种酒店的服务，真的是给差评还不解气！38元一位的早餐也是商务酒店的标准，太差！

酒店的硬件还行，先说好的，资生堂的洗发水系列、自动开盖冲水马桶、有吹风机，不足的地方：没有饮用水、前台态度不佳、枕头上有污渍，希望酒店能够改善。

酒店在海门算可以的，房间蛮大的，也蛮干净的，就是订房间的时候说首日送精美礼品一份，但是入住后房间没有，等第二天问酒店前台，她拿出一个五元钱的地摊毛绒玩具，感觉有点无语，不想送写它干嘛
