酒店坐落在梅江边，位置非常好，夜晚景色挺漂亮，距离老街也很近，过桥就到。酒店设施老旧，很有年代感。服务还可以。

出门在外，最怕续住没房。这次就遇到了！2号酒店全满，我们差点要拖着行李换地方。幸好前台一位小哥特别上心，一直帮我们刷新房态，发现有人取消后立刻打电话通知我们。虽然只是多住一晚，但这种被记住、被主动帮助的感觉太暖心了。为小哥的负责和细心点赞！酒店对面就是嘉应古城，走路也就10分钟左右，有幸近距离看到了网上超火的梅州拉拉队表演，超级棒????

此次选住的是临江客房，一拉开窗帘就是江景，视野很开阔，地理位置也很绝，出门走几步就到剑英大桥，过个桥便是老城凌风路，逛骑楼、吃小吃都方便，完全不用折腾交通。店里吃的早餐，满满客家味——腌麪、三及第汤、味酵粄都有，中午顺带试了中餐，菜品乾净衞生，味道也不错，分量实在。下次再来。

环境：酒店位置颇佳，在梅江边，夜景漂亮。硬件设施比较新，衞生乾净。
服务：虽説是四星级宾馆，但因为由广州白天鹅集团入驻，因此有标准，管理很令人放心。人性化的服务，不亚于国内五星级酒店的服务水平。

环境优美，就在江边，过桥几分钟就到老街，超方便，服务超棒，既帮忙延迟退房还送多两瓶水、牙刷、被子～特别是丢三落四的我把一串还贵重的朱沙+金珠子的手串丢到床枕头下忘拿了，清房的服务人员捡到送前台再联系我加微信送回，拾金不昧，而且处理迅速给N个赞，下次来梅州一定再住白天鹅??感谢??

Hotel is visibly old and there's no restaurants or convenience store nearby.
Room was spacious and clean but had a bit of smoke smell which we could tolerate.
Pillows are flat and I woke up with neckache. Asked for a neck support pillow which didn't help too as it was very flat. Aircon was not cold too. So I didn't get good sleep for 2 nights.
Toilet was clean and spacious but had a sewage smell.

停车方便。房间宽敞整洁，位置很好，晚上安静，配套齐全。前台态度很好，送的水果很好吃，要退房还再送一份水果，非常好。早餐丰盛，非常好吃。总之，一切很满意，性价比很高。

我们一行6人，订了1间商务套房（因为有小雪柜）及2间江景双床房，共住4晚。我们每年回梅州2至3次探亲，但第一次入住这酒店。酒店地点方便，房间寛趟、无异味及乾净（不过地毡清洁度待改善），室内冷气及光綫不错，隔音效果好，睡床舒服。酒店早餐有惊喜，尤其蒸糕点、酥皮蛋挞、粥品及枸杞瘦肉汤。要点赞客家特式食档的厨师们，特别为我们喜欢吃西瓜的亲戚安排西瓜盘。下次会再订这酒店。
