  酒店坐落在梅江边，位置非常好，夜晚景色挺漂亮，距离老街也很近，过桥就到。酒店设施老旧，很有年代感。服务还可以。

  出门在外，最怕续住没房。这次就遇到了！2号酒店全满，我们差点要拖着行李换地方。幸好前台一位小哥特别上心，一直帮我们刷新房态，发现有人取消后立刻打电话通知我们。虽然只是多住一晚，但这种被记住、被主动帮助的感觉太暖心了。为小哥的负责和细心点赞！酒店对面就是嘉应古城，走路也就10分钟左右，有幸近距离看到了网上超火的梅州拉拉队表演，超级棒????

  此次选住的是临江客房，一拉开窗帘就是江景，视野很开阔，地理位置也很绝，出门走几步就到剑英大桥，过个桥便是老城凌风路，逛骑楼、吃小吃都方便，完全不用折腾交通。店里吃的早餐，满满客家味——腌麪、三及第汤、味酵粄都有，中午顺带试了中餐，菜品乾净衞生，味道也不错，分量实在。下次再来。

  环境：酒店位置颇佳，在梅江边，夜景漂亮。硬件设施比较新，衞生乾净。 服务：虽説是四星级宾馆，但因为由广州白天鹅集团入驻，因此有标准，管理很令人放心。人性化的服务，不亚于国内五星级酒店的服务水平。
