在艺龙订房有强大的安全感，像去哪儿网和去呀订房都没有安全感，想订的房间，交了定金全款房间都订不好，艺龙就不会出现这种问题。酒店非常好！住酒店选艺龙！

整体不错，特别是环境、位置和硬件设施。但和雅高旗下同级铂尔曼以及更高索菲特相比，丽江的各项价格偏高了，特别是餐厅。在服务上只能说比较商务的好，和之前住过的同属雅高的香格里拉松赞林卡美憬櫊相比差距太大，哪里的服务是一种从心底里的对你好，每个员工，哪里的餐厅也是超赞的。
