艺龙网定的含接机、用车服务的订单，非酒店提供用车，提前2天沟通过后，到达当天，无人接机，电话沟通半天，等了近一个小时才临时找人过来。订单是2天包含接机、用车服务的价格，用车服务公司说不管订几天，车都只能用一天，艺龙的价格不是误导吗？唯一欣慰的就是酒店住着很舒服，环境也好。

酒店确实风景很好 不过也就是风景了 设施维护不够 其他服务无功无过 但是 前台安排很有问题 我们大概上午11点多到酒店 办理完入住后说是要三点进房间 我们就先出去吃饭 回酒店已经2点半 按道理说 我们提前了3个多小时 应该没问题 结果 到大堂 居然说还要等1个小时 我们还带着3个孩子 提前三个小时就登记办理入住了 不知道酒店如何安排的 卫生做了三个小时还没做好 我也是无语了 说的还挺理直气壮 如果铂尔曼是这种服务状态 下次我们还是会选择君悦、悦榕庄 或是洲际

酒店位于玉龙雪山山下，距离涑河古镇约15分钟脚程。酒店别墅结合丽江古建筑，大平层，独门独户，门前、院内、小径无不体现中国古典雅趣。先生女儿甚是喜欢。中餐厅的菜品也值得一赞！
