酒店地理位置很好，距离束河古镇很近，入住雪山房可以在房间阳台直接眺望玉龙雪山，天气好的话能见度很高，酒店工作人员服务也很友善。中餐厅“滇香馆”和“悦·火塘”口感都不错，值得尝试。

酒店环境优美。地理位置优越，靠近束河古镇，交通便利。酒店内的环境很美，美丽的湖里还有黑天鹅在游动，十分的惬意。房间宽敞舒适，配备了咖啡机和加湿器，很便利，酒店内可以有电瓶车接送，酒店还有挺多的餐厅可以选择，退房的小姐姐Angel手续办理的很迅速，下次有机会还会再来的

在酒店住了好几天，在店住的很愉快，每天都可以体验活动，扎染瓦猫制作都很有趣，住的楼层离宠物乐园很近，方便和小动物互动，房间有加湿器，睡觉很舒服，总体体验好，员工也是热情，接送及时，服务员Davina耐心，地理位置好，天气好，园区也可以看到雪山，很适合度假放松。

超满意的度假酒店，小朋友可以喂黑天鹅，喂小马，喂羊驼，还有美美的旅拍，早餐也可以在湖边悠闲地吃，坐在阳台上看看雪山很是惬意。

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff offered a warm welcome and personally escorted us to our room. The atmosphere was exceptional—quiet and serene, with a beautiful balance of traditional charm and modern comfort. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view.
The restaurant provided a wide variety of options, all of which were very enjoyable. Upon departure, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift, making the experience even more memorable.

这是将酒店直接把家安在公园里了!即便在2026的冬日丽江，走在绿意盎然的步道，绿植庭院被暖阳裹着，散步时满是清新感~还有懵懵的三个月大的羊驼，小矮马凑过来贴贴，软乎乎的样子真的忍不住 rua!住这儿又治癒又惬意，冬日度假幸福感拉满~kail办理入住快速，也介绍了很多活动
