酒店在束河古镇附近别墅区，三栋别墅房改造而成，有家庭间，对带娃家庭比较友好。早餐精致，咖啡好喝。白天不出门宅在酒店院子里很舒服。附近有束河古镇，白沙也不远，去了文海村非常出片，周围牧场，娃很喜欢，推荐推荐！

这家酒店确实不太适合家庭旅游居住：
位置偏远且吃玩交通不便，对家庭出游来説很不友好——带家人出行本就需要便利的生活配套和交通条件，买东西、吃饭、去景点交通不便，会大幅增加旅途麻烦；明显的装修味道可能让孩子或长者感到不适，影响休息体验；装修简单、性价比不高，也难以满足家庭旅游对居住舒适度和性价比的基本需求。早餐比较精致，全程服务比较热情、周到，提供免费接送机服务。

酒店环境确实很美，很有一种优雅古典美！衞生也不错，里面配的用品也很齐全！床品都很舒适！就是隔音有点差！最重要的是服务就真的有点跟不上，首先我们是晚上到店的，来到前台空无一人，打电话才来人的！早餐是提前预订好时间，但是我们去到因为人手严重不足，也是等了二十分钟才能出餐！而且早餐份量很小，本人食量很小的，也没有吃饱！那碗米线真的量很小，本来提前一晚定好的豆浆也是忘记上，最后反映才补上的！餐厅的小姐姐一个人跟本忙不过来！还在跟厨房吵架，有点吓到我了！后面前台的小姐姐説别的客房入住人数比规定的多，导致餐厅出餐慢，服务跟不上，不知道是不是这样导致份量这么小！

服务、用品、房间都非常满意的一家酒店！在一个别墅小区里面！晚上很安静！临走时还打包好啦咖啡前台小妹妹一直送我们出来。对啦自驾非常友好车就停门旁边。

We had a great stay here and the hotel offered a good quality of service to us. Complimentary pickup from airport/trail way station or drop-off is provided.
The hotel upgraded the room for us and the room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a traditional rice noodle set which was really delicious.
For sure we will come back again!
