super duper amazing hotel to stay in! excellent location, the best part of our stay was the staff’s warm and friendly hospitality, and their service was top-notch! all of us had a very enjoyable stay here on our last 2 nights in Lijiang ??
rooms were very clean and they provide lots of amenities! we’re already planning to stay here again on our future trip! their high ratings are very well-deserved! ????
thank you once again to the team at Vento Sunlit Hotel! we’ll be thinking about the good memories here when we’re back home! ????

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars for service, we would.
Welcomed at the alley by the manager, greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality towards the kids by giving us a free upgrade to a bigger room (based on availability). Breakfast choices were simple, healthy, and fulfilling each day. Really nothing beats a slow morning looking out at the majestic mountain. The hotel staff were all approachable and easily reached via WeChat, they really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Rooms were clean and spacious! They also offer a complimentary tea set, a free shuttle to an ancient town of our choice, and a free airport transfer.
The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but we had no trouble getting Didi in and out daily.
Would stay again if we come back to Lijiang!

The room is excellent with wonderful view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They added me on WeChat for easy communication and reply very promptly. After we check out, we were waiting at the side door next to car park. When the staff saw my driver arrived, they quickly run over and help with the luggages. Thumbs up for their responsiveness and services. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay.

The services provided was top notch! From the moment we stepped into the lobby to our checkout, our whole experience was nothing but quality. The hotel provided free Didi services to 2 of the major ancient towns and also arranged our transport to the airport. Communication via WeChat was also prompt. The staff would check in with us proactively such as enquiring if we need breakfast or afternoon tea break to be delivered to our room. They also advised us to bring along an umbrella on one of the days as it was forecasted to rain in the afternoon, and even lent us their umbrella when we didn’t have one.
Overall, a hidden gem of a hotel in Lijiang where everything exceeded our expectations!
