酒店设施什么的都挺好，房间也大，一家人住的很高兴。早餐样式挺多，小孩很挑食居然也吃的很高兴。顺便看了一下日常菜单，真叫一个便宜，可能整个太原都是这样吧。本以为很愉快的一次住宿，结果退房时查房大妈说少了两条毛巾两条小方巾，这些东西我入住时就没见过！那个查房的和管查房的小经理一口咬定房间东西都是他们配齐的，而且检查过，我气的想叫警察来破案。最后我跟前台说了情况，前台美女说不用管他们你走就行了，还主动给我停车票。我又解释了一下说我不能背着小偷的骂名啊，美女说真没事走吧。这是最纠结的暖心时刻了。是不是那个大妈健忘老发生这种事啊？！！希望酒店好好加强管理吧，要不一件小事影响大形象，以后谁敢住啊。唉
