入住后发生了一些小事，最后客房部经理出面解决了问题，让我们消费者觉得酒店还是很负责任的态度，这一点很赞，酒店营业中难免会遇到问题，但是他们的解决问题态度让我挺满意，服务很到位，希望酒店以后的营业中尽量避免类似的事情出现，最后感谢客房部经理的出面协调工作
