酒店服务特别亲切，因为中秋入住，晚上还送银耳羹，客服管家郭亚细心又周到，美丽又温柔，每次回老家探亲都会住这里，就在翠湖旁，吃完饭去兜一圈特别暇意。赞👍

酒店地理环境是一流的，因飞机因天气原因延误一个多小时起飞，酒店接机李师付在机场等了两个多小时，并到机场出口接我们，态度非常好。我们非常高兴，对昆明翠湖宾馆的服务非常满意。
