索菲特酒店整体管理不错，已经在很多城市入住过。昆明索菲特是新开业酒店，酒店大堂大气，红色流动线条从大堂顶部一直延续到垃圾桶都是流动的红色裙带点缀，富有特色！需要特别说明的是入住的4720行政客房空调不能制冷，闷热！淋浴房的地漏下水不畅，弄得整个卫生间到处是水！希望加以改进，谢谢！

房间里头的浴室下水堵了！洗澡漫了一洗手间，想喝口茶，却又没有配备！想换个乔麦枕头吧！结果来了个巨大的方型的！还好他们家的服务还不错！
