夜间自驾导航来到这家酒店，酒店的位置交通畅通停车方便，门口保安很热情帮助开车门下行李，有长者同行帮忙搀扶服务很贴心。房间设施好宽大没有压抑感。衞生做的很乾净，入住就感觉心情愉悦，工作人员很热情给送了水果和晚安牛奶。由於到店较晚想吃点地方小吃，酒店免费提供了夜宵，煮夜宵大姐很热情帮助煮了米线给送到餐桌上。该酒店顾客至上亲情服务理念很好以前入住了好多家酒店对比下来还是这家酒店服务做的很贴心，值得表扬。下次还会返住。

It was just one night but we had a great time here.
Room was nice and big.
Breakfast was delicious(especially, noodle soup).
Staffs are super friendly and helpful.
I couldn't read Chinese name but 531, 515 guys helped us a lot. Our little girl was happy to stay here.
I'll come back here again if I have a chance!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the complimentary bowl of noodles was delicious. Shout out to ID 515 and 532 for the fast and pleasant check out service!

A five star hotel with very friendly and helpful staffs especially 526 and 532. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of good local food. I highly recommend this hotel.

房间宽敞舒适，早餐很新鲜，已是第三次入住了才想起评价，很不错的酒店，推荐给大家。服务也很到位，很有个性化服务，商务出行需打印文件，洗衣服务等细小事情，营销部的李经理都耐心的提供帮助到位，非常的感谢。

附近酒店很多，千挑万选，选了这家，还真是不错，环境好，服务更好！离官渡古镇和博物馆都很近。早餐种类丰富营养，特别感谢528小姐姐和销售经理317热情带我去看了房间，帮我拿行李，522小哥还介绍了酒店周边的许多景点，给我的儿子送了小玩偶，介绍了酒店的各种设施，送水果牛奶细心的介绍了酒店设施和早餐，感觉很温馨。还赠送了笔记本套装很实用，酒店用心了。
