非常好的一次体验，说是昆明最好的酒店都不为过；我个人经常出差，这个酒店干净，舒适，服务好，符合你在外面居住的所有要求；如果说可以完善的部分的话，个人觉得早餐和五星的标准还是有些差距；另外环境非常舒适，就是交通不方便

各方面感觉都不错。就是3、5、6、7号楼，需要从大堂过去走很远。
情侣要特别注意，房间没有小雨衣。??

因为航班临时取消，所以在昆明多了一天，因为都说洲际早餐丰富，所以选了洲际...吃货本性暴露无疑
结果连着碰见洲际有会，先是希捷，然后是金立，服务员忙的啊，我们这些普通顾客完全是顾不上了。
先是说大堂位置，从大门开车进来，路标没有很明显引导车开向二层大堂处，而是引向一楼，明显不是大堂，向右向右，碰见保安，指导我们开往停车场，说那里有保安会指引，结果开到停车场，还是没有见到保安，绕回了原路，路标显示禁止左转，其实大堂就在禁止左转的左后方...说出来很绕吧，我当时开车也很绕，因为遵守路标的指引你是开不到二楼大堂的。
服务：应急能力不错，因为有会，所以房间打扫不出来可以理解，我们是订了两间，当时只打扫出来一间，暂时休息了一下去滇池转了转，过了两小时回来，订的豪华房还是没有打扫出来，升级到行政房，多了一个阳台，和一盘水果。
早餐：还是因为有会的缘故吧，虽然台子多种类多，人也很多，乱七八糟的，调料台子上面的油泼辣椒碗里面躺着一把勺子，跟厨师说，厨师说没关系，捞出来就好了……就见厨师聊天，不见服务，因为刚从抚仙湖希尔顿过来，两相比较，洲际差细节。
总结：洲际也许是商务酒店，不适合度假。
