服务：打扫衞生的这些工作人员都很好 前台人员和携程接电话的感觉对酒店不熟悉 我们要去星球乐园玩 工作人员只説出门右转看见一个大圆球就到了，表达不清导致我找了20分钟 打电话给携程接电话的也是説不清 只説了在花圃那里电梯下去 ，最终是在路边问保安才知道 。人家哪个地方叫婕珞芙南亚芳香植物资源圃， 我请问名字差那麽多你们是不知道？
1大1小FUN星球玩创乐园门票:完全是隐形收费 找了20分钟 去到告诉我要买袜子给孩子 其他那些大型的游乐园人家都有循环利用的袜子，我们2大1小我説我不玩 我进去照个地方坐 不给 让我买票，那我想请问本来就是冲这个才定的酒店，最後多出的钱説实话我去其他游乐场也差不多这个价格，况且酒店那麽偏 要不是学生比赛 谁会去住。
其次找经理投诉 説经理在外面要等10多分钟 我真的很无语 拿门票等10多分钟 找经理要10分钟 我的时间不是时间吗 建议定亲子房的不要定 贵普通房不説设施也没有什麽变化

Hotel is nice and convenient. Everything are in good standard. There is flower city (flower dome) next door so can take a look. I like the rice noodle shop next to the hotel, it's beautiful restaurant with good food&good taste&good price.

很适合带一家老小来住，负一楼超级大的儿童乐园，凭房卡64元一大一小玩一天，还有温室花卉展览、商场、美食汇，吃喝玩乐一应俱全，在酒店的餐厅，凭房卡自助餐80元一人。还有候机室，非常方便。离店后才发现落了东西在房间，客服帮我快递回家，服务非常好。

工作人员服务热情，还很贴心，酒店还有一个大堂吧，在薰衣草大堂里面，叫豪享会 ，里面可以体验精油spa，要提前预约，去到店里工作人员还针对皮肤帮自己选一套相对应的产品，在外面晒了一天能做个补水的spa是我很满意的，做完脸还能喝点普洱茶感觉是很不错的，这家酒店是我下次来昆明的首选
