超级不好的一次体验，订了两间房，父母一间我们自己一间。5号入住，6号早上母亲的脸有点肿像过敏，当时没在意，7号早上肿的特别厉害，在电梯里遇到一个人说他同行的也有人遇到这种情况。就反应到酒店，前台服务员挺好马上联帮忙联系医院去检查，检查结果就是过敏，回酒店后所谓的领导就来了，在大厅里说话非常好听，医药费他们承担，叫我们回房间马上安排给我们换房。等到了房间以后马上换了一副嘴脸，说他们的房间绝对没问题，最有可能就是床上用品有问题，然后叫我们去鉴定过敏是他们酒店造成的。高高兴兴出来玩，我们也只是把情况反应到酒店那里，听他们这么我们也就没多说就退了房走人。反正就是提醒大家如果遇到类似的过敏情况及早换房。

6月12号到6月19号住了七晚一共付了6112，12号凌晨付了389、2723，都是在去哪网用信用卡支付的，到店后又被前台要求支付3000元，说是房费从这个3000元里扣除，离店后扣是扣了，但一共支付的6112，6112除以七天那是多少钱一晚？你们知悉不知悉？当时明明订的是389一晚啊，为什么6112除以7不是389呢？
