这次入住，酒店体验太棒了。前台工作人员michael热情高效，很负责。礼宾也积极主动，介绍了很多宝藏的景点，还帮忙收了快递，知道是食品还特别给我们确认需不需要冷藏，太贴心了。房间很安静，阳光充足。可太满意了

酒店位置很好就在翠湖旁边，装修很温馨，前厅的Micheal 服务很好，很热情的帮我安排房间，并且主动帮我往房间安排了取暖器很贴心，很有服务意识，Rando服务也很好很专业，礼宾的杨帅也很热情帮我处理了行李及包裹的接收大问题，谢谢你们，以後公司的接待我都会放在贵酒店。

很方便，很舒服，住的很满意，前台接待人员cherry特别有耐心，帮我延迟到14:00退房，临走时还给我的小朋友送了一个拼图，很有心了。入住的时候看到我们带了小孩，主动帮忙安排无烟楼层。算是一个不错性价比很高的酒店，赠送的??很好吃。

酒店设施设备还挺齐全，健身房风景非常漂亮，位置在市中心去哪里都方便，周边的大观公园景色优美，也可以看海鸥，前台服务态度很好??Zoey很有耐心，下次再来

酒店周边环境优美，位置很优越，附近好多好吃的，前台员工michael有问必答，推荐的餐厅和咖啡都很不错。还给升级了景观房。体验很不错，就是翠湖边海鸥有点少。

元旦到云南玩住了一晚翠湖边上的君乐酒店，翠湖边有很多环境不错的咖啡厅。Bella服务热情，房间安静休息的好。云南大学西南联大就在附近

第二次入住，全家出游，一共订了两间房，一间双床房，一间大床房，入住的时候标间有欢迎水果，大床房送了酒店的雪花酥，雪花酥很美味。离翠湖公园很近，出行很方便，办理入住很快。元旦入住，大堂的鲜花布置得很喜庆。退房赠送了玫瑰花，老阿姨很喜欢。

这是一个老牌高端酒店应该有的样子。
首先位置绝佳，就在翠湖公园旁边，走路3分钟可达，周围吃喝玩乐俱全，走路到篆新市场半小时内。
服务周到得体，我们开车来的，进门就有员工引导停车，车位都是地面车位，很方便。
设施保养得当，如虽然没有网红酒店那麽多花头，但是该有的都有。
客房服务有求必应，早餐丰富，质量也不错。
下次来昆明这里还会是首选。
