房间与照片严重不符，入住时明确要求采光好，但是两间房都给了这种带承重墙的房间。处理过程特别敷衍。已经投诉当地12315。作为一家昆明老牌酒店，入住前明确承诺可以给办理升级。但是入住之後却给了这样的房间。这等同於欺诈。而且拒绝退款。
如果你不愿意生气，可以明确説我们可以不订这个酒店，但是你不能把客人骗进酒店入住，却用这样的房间去欺诈，真不知道集团这麽多年是怎麽管理的，跟後面的消费者做个提醒，一定要避雷这家酒店。

酒店在市中心，附近十分热闹繁华，出行很便利，距离昆明老街也很近，酒店提供周边地图和攻略非常实用，谢谢前台小张办入住时还耐心的给我们介绍讲解了一番，省去我们不少时间。房间很宽敞，乾湿分离很方便，挺满意的性价比不错。
