酒店环境好，楼下就是地铁站，出行方便！
对面有商圈，吃饭选择很多。
入住时Luna办理迅速，热情有礼貌，房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，服务细致用心随时关怀，有什麽问题，都能第一时间帮忙解决，出差旅行都是不错的选择。

因缘际会...
这次从越南胡志明返回上海，买到先飞昆明然後隔天中转上海的机票，也是这缘故，我有了在昆明住一晚的机会。
在挑选酒店的时候，发现昆明很多酒店品牌可选，但当昆明滇池诺富特酒店映入眼帘时，想起之前在其他城市良好的入住体验，二话不説就选择了再次入住诺富特。
当然这选择没让人後悔，一样乾净整齐的房间，甚至还贴心的折了2只兔子在床上，让搭了好几小时飞机的我感到心情顿时好了起来，酒店人员的服务更不在话下，协助拿行李引导到柜台办理入住并递上一杯热水，让室外的寒冷一瞬间温暖起来。办理入住时Coco热心的介绍酒店设施，贴心的提醒房间里有Minibar可享用，而且当我询问附近用餐选择时，她也提供给我有用的资讯，并将酒店地址发给我便於我订购外送食物，非常的感谢Coco提供的协助。
这次还有个惊奇的发现，房间内居然可以自己消毒杯子，我是第一次看到酒店提供这种服务，也让我使用杯子喝水时更放心。
感谢昆明滇池诺富特酒店让我在昆明中转的一个晚上有愉快舒适的住宿体验。

衞生：房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，衞生间防滑措施做得很好，特别适合长者和小孩，让人很放心。
环境：酒店位置便利，周边有超市和商场，买东西吃饭都很方便。大堂有休息区、孩子可以在那里玩耍，很人性化。
服务：工作人员Mila服务周到特别有耐心，看到我们带孩子还送了孩子早餐，随时谘询线路都能给到小建议
设施：房间空间足够，床也很柔软，酒店有梯控上下楼很安全，还有洗衣房，洗衣服特别方便。设施很齐全，性价比超高！
下次带家人出来玩，还会选择这家酒店！

多次入住，是五六百价位在昆明的最佳选择。
1..楼下有美食街，对面有南亚风情第一城，可以品嚐当地小吃。
2..有地铁站，公交站，叫车方便。
3..酒店的工作人员专业、热情，无论哪个位置遇到都会微笑打招呼。
4..私隐安全性优秀，外卖和快递都会有机器人送到客房。
5..每次入住，体验都好，甚至有感动。
5.1..房间舒适乾净：清洁人员，蔡顺涛非常耐心细致，几乎全天都能帮助客人清洁。
5.2..换房方便，前台工作人员Coco和Nimi总是尽力协助客人解决一些小麻烦。换房後自己忘记了数据线，几小时後还是机器人给送到房间！
5.3..20楼的用餐环境舒适，早餐菜品丰富，而且高品质，一周内每天热菜都会有变化。
5.4..特别喜欢一楼的咖啡机，每次外出都来一杯。临时没有咖啡豆了，挺感动前台工作人员lizy立即赠送了咖啡券。
5.5..房间至少有12个充电插口，两个房卡，携带多电子设备时候，这太方便了。
5.6..20楼洗烘机有两套，早起会看见一些房间门扶手上挂着洗烘好的乾衣袋，酒店服务太贴心了。
5.7..有赠送的果盘和咖啡可选，特别是杯子还有消毒柜，实用！
住了一周，非常感谢每位给与帮助的工作人员！??

Our recent stay at the Novotel Kunming City Centre was nothing short of perfect, and we are delighted to give it a full 10 out of 10.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. The hotel boasts a prime location that is second to none—conveniently situated in the heart of the city and within easy reach of the vibrant shopping precinct and many other attractions. It truly is the ideal base for exploring Kunming.
The service we received was outstanding. Every single member of the team was so nice, warm, and genuinely attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming from start to finish.
A very special mention must go to Coco from the reception. She is an absolute angel! Her kindness, bright smile, and eagerness to help went above and beyond. She provided wonderful recommendations, assisted us with seamless check-in and check-out, and her warm hospitality made us feel incredibly valued and cared for. She is a true asset to your team.
