周边都是平房，这栋楼唯一高立，看日出方便，俯瞰外景感觉不错，房间内环境挺好的，用品也可以，符合好的四星以上标准，周边没有好的吃饭地，挨着斗南地铁站和斗南花卉市场。呈贡区打车师傅从不打表，每次出门，三四公里路程都要30元起。
