前台人员的服务态度令人舒心，见面问候让我们一家感受到很不错的体验，酒店的环境布置典雅而舒适，客房内设施一应俱全，生活吧确实是一个亮点，方便我们旅居客人，床品舒服亲肤，每一处细节都考虑到了入住人的需求，房间宽敞明亮。酒店的价格定位合理，地理位置十分优越。不远处就有同德广场，周围餐厅很多，吃喝啥的非常方便，早餐服务种类丰富，米线，饵丝很好吃，鲜花饼十分美味。退房还给赠送了伴手礼和瓶装水，简直太贴心啦！

每到一个陌生的城市，首先会找一个交通便利的酒店，这个酒店在地铁2号线白云路站D出口附近，附近有同德广场和沃尔玛超市，有各种各样的饭馆，万宏路还有美食夜市，吃住行样样方便。
酒店有自己的停车场，还有电动汽车充电桩，对自驾出行的非常友好。
酒店环境温馨，设施齐全，房间还有简易小厨房。洗澡热水出水量大，安静舒适。
连住三晚，每天都打扫房间，空调也给力。
早餐品种虽然不是很多，但是口味不错，还有云南特色的米线。
酒店前台和餐厅的服务都很热情，有宾至如归的感觉。以后来云南还会选择入住这家酒店

酒店是新开的，设施都很新，而且保洁的工作也特别到位，很干净，楼下就是零食店，附近500米就有地铁站，去翠湖，昆明老街都很近，推荐入住，前台小姐姐服务也很好，都很热情，如果有机会再来，还会入住，是很好的体验，早餐也是有云南特色，饵丝特别好吃??！

酒店特别适合旅居人员，豪华双人房两个房间都有电视，茶水台上面配有微波炉，咖啡机，下面还有刀叉及碗碟。
退房时前台主动送支装水，并要磨两杯咖啡让我们带到车上喝。还送了云南小粒咖啡。

地理位置很好哦！打车去任何地方都方便，而且楼下就有很多的特色餐厅，吃饭很方便~
我们定的三人间，一家三口住很不错~沙发床也很舒服，和床没有区别。布局也很合理，很喜欢这个小桌子~
酒店的服务也很好~
卫生很干净！这点也是定酒店的时候特别在意的，一进来发现很干净，很满意。洗澡水量充足，水压好！

谢谢昆明盘龙希尔顿惠庭酒店！太棒了！Home2 Suites is by the Hilton group. Having stayed for 4 nights and also in other Hilton hotels within Asia, this Kunming hotel has exceeded our expectations. Service is very good. Breakfast is delicious with Chinese cuisine (yummy fried noodles), basic Western cuisine and coffee. Special shoutout to:
1. Daisy from Level 2 F&B, who greeted us every morning and was helpful with Kunming recommendations. Manager Nick for being so courteous.
2. Ellie from Housekeeping, who was diligent in keeping our room clean and reminded us to keep warm in the sudden cold weather.
3. Qiu from Level 1 reception for helping with my checkout. And the friendly reception ladies.
Hotel has a basic drinks station at the lobby, self-laundry and gym. Room had a basic kitchenette, study table and smart technology. Location is 5-10 mins walk to 白云 metro station and 15-20 mins walk to Tongde shopping mall (must-go Korean bbq & Chaoshan beef hotpot on Level 4). Convenience shops are just outside hotel. Highly recommended.
