I am a Chinese-American from California and invited my sisters travel along with me . We had a wonderful stay in this Home2 Hilton, panlong, Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is so clean, room service is available any time upon request, everyone is so nice with beautiful smiles always. We especially loved the breakfast, lots varieties, both Chinese style and western food, What impressed me most was that the employees in the restaurant are very warm and considerable. They know we love the flower pastry and even let us take out some on our last day there. I am grateful I stayed there and will come back next time.

多次入住，在昆明市里面，这个价位这样设施齐全，干净卫生，宽敞舒适，丰富的早餐，大厅24小时免费咖啡机饮品供应，宽敞的停车场还有充电车位，这个价位目前没有第二家。

房屋新、干净，硬件设定齐全。前台人员热情周到，服务好。交通便利，去翠湖公园，昆明老街均不远，交通方便，距地铁也很方便。周边饮食、餐馆多，吃饭也很方便。

优点：才新开业的酒店，房间很宽敞，早餐丰富味道不错，服务态度很好，有欢迎水果，大厅和房间咖啡自由，电视可以投屏（但是切换出投屏页面后，就会停止）
缺点：没有智能语音管家，介绍里写有小童用具，电话确认入住时候也问了需不需要，结果最后在房间里面没有看到，问前台也说没有小童游乐设施可玩…

酒店设施完善，房间很大，两侧各有一个小休息区，卫生间在另外一个方向，彼此完全不影响。我订的双人床感觉有四五十平米大。隔音效果很好，窗户关上几乎听不见外面的声响。碰到的每一个服务员都很有礼貌，刚来的时候因为所在房间可能电池坏了，门卡打不开门，服务员主动联系总台，马上换了另外一个房间，并陪着我们到房间门口观察，没有问题以后才离开，还主动拿了矿泉水，让我们等候时饮用。酒店1楼布置成一个类似于自助服务区一样的空间，既增加了功能，又方便了顾客。顾客可以自主调配各种饮料，也可以购买类似于超市里的方便面之类的产品，非常好，符合当今的潮流。整体酒店的格局自由清新，我很喜欢。这么完善的设施在五一期间竟然只有500块一晚的房价，当属良心价。全5分好评！

带宠物出行，本来对宠物友好酒店的环境不抱太大希望，但酒店看到我们带了两只狗狗，怕房间空间不够大，为我们免费升级了房型，很新非常宽敞且整洁，没有任何异味，设备也很齐全。还有酒店的早餐特别值得一提，面条浇头有云南特色炸菌子，甜点有鲜花饼，服务人员也很质朴热情。五星好评！下次还来！
