时隔两年又来昆明 依然选择了这家酒店入住，这次预约了酒店的接机，酒店礼宾部提前就给我们发了接机短讯，我们很顺利的就找到了车子，到酒店就15分钟，晚上到的，酒店备了冬日暖饮给我们很暖心，入住时是前台小孟接待的我们，给了欢迎曲奇也很好吃！住了一个晚上很满意

酒店前台服务热情，主动帮忙预订了穿梭巴士，司机师傅很健谈推荐了很多昆明的旅游景点，并多次帮助我搬运行李，入住有提供曲奇品嚐，非常好吃，当天现烤呢。酒店设施很新，环境好，早餐有小锅米线口味不错!非常推荐!我会介绍给我的朋友!

入住体验超棒！从前台接待到客房服务，每位工作人员都热情周到。前台小露耐心解答问题，帮忙升级房间，还贴心介绍周边景点，印象超深刻。房间乾净宽敞又舒适，设施一应俱全，床品柔软，早餐更是丰富多样，中西式都有，口味超赞。下次来这边，这家酒店绝对是我的首选，强烈推荐[强]

在他家住了好多次了，这次前台小孟帮忙升级了套房！房间很宽敞床品也很乾净，房间里面有浴缸可以泡澡很不错！在机场附近但是隔音很好，晚上基本听不见飞机的声音，每次来都睡的很好！下次回来还会选择这里入住

这次出差选了这家酒店，办入住的时候前台送了鲜花饼跟曲奇，两样都嚐了，都很好吃而且也都是他们酒店自己做的，鲜花饼外面很酥不是很甜真的很不错，他们家还有接送机服务！每个整点有一趟离机场15分钟左右很方便，前台小孟服务很好，早上询问早餐问题她很有耐心回答了我的问题 体验很好

Overall a very pleasant stay! The hotel staff helped to upgrade our rooms. The rooms are clean and cosy. Free shuttle bus service was provided at 5am. Strongly recommended!

前台luna lu 服务很好热情周到，微笑服务，酒店设施也很齐全，衞生也很好，地理位置不错，买东西很方便。下次还会再来，床睡得舒服早餐丰富种类多味道很好。
