收银员对业务不熟悉，开个发票折腾了我半个多小时，开发票还要公司识别号还要身份证、税务账号、银行卡等等这些信息，头一次碰到。搞得火车没赶到，改签5个小时后才有下一班动车，浪费了半天时间什么都没做
