携程网真的很垃圾，一周两次预定酒店，到了酒店都没有信息。第一次没有预付款，第二次就是这个酒店，服了预付款竟然还没有信息，不能入住。晚上1点多了，带着老人和孩子还有一大堆行李，酒店看不下去，帮我取消了未到店客人的一个订单，才住进去，协成太垃圾了，再也不相信携程网了。

订好的房子，凌晨入住时房子竟然没有了，随便给找了一间没有空调不能洗澡的按摩房凑合了一晚，真是闻所未闻！
商业信用到哪里去了？酒店管理乱到什么程度可想而知。
这样的酒店有损西安的对外形象，有损携程的声誉，
谁还敢订！谁还敢住。

位置不错，离机场大巴很近，去钟楼也方便，订的特价房，房间不大，窗也是内窗，但到那已经半夜，第二天一早又要走，也就无所谓了。旅游旺季，房源紧张，店家一直帮忙留着房间，感谢！
