光顾很多次，每次都贴心，虽然海拉尔很冷，但是入住酒店后感觉到家的温暖，服务员很贴心，准备了红糖姜水。早餐依旧好吃的不要不要的

恰逢降温，洗澡水那叫一个凉！酒店其他服务没的说，都很客气，外卖也可以送到房间。如果房间可以配备熨斗的话就更好了

早餐很丰盛，种类多，爱吃热汤面，小点心尤为走心。服务人员热情还主动帮我把保温杯灌满。床和枕头很舒服，房间暖和，位置在市中心打车起步价，去哪儿都方便。

前台服务热情周到，大堂经理热情的推荐了当地特色，很棒， 进到房间还有欢迎水果，值得推荐入住，安排的观景房，景色不错，早餐也很丰盛
