酒店很新，位置也很好，停车位方便。但是早餐服务是非常差的。还在用餐时间，很多餐食都没有了，也不做补充。体验感非常差。

当地为数不多的一家五星级酒店，设施要挑新装修的A座，B座破旧不堪。酒店设施齐全，服务却差强人意，特别是前台後知後觉的，好像都是新招来的一样。所有的一切都要问到才有，不能主动点吗？五星的要求标准自己核对一下。另外这家需要按金，生怕客人损坏设施？

设施：有机器人点外卖比较方便！房间电动窗帘，马桶是最老式的，衞生间有点反味！空调就一个小的出风口，床在里面，空调开到18度还是很热，显示温度25.5！电视机老不能投屏！
环境：特别嘈杂！正巧碰到什麽中韩贸易会议，人特别多，没有停车位，也没人来引导停车，酒店门口停的到处是车！
服务：服务还可以，早上一大早被服务员吵醒，各种噪音！酒店旁边就是工地，在造房子，声音吵！隔音太差！早上隔壁就在打扫房间，一会吸尘一会叮叮当当，根本睡不好！
楼上用水声音也很清晰！

酒店环境不错出入方便、购物、食肆方便、房间乾净、服务一流，特别是大堂副理?郝朝认真、负责，从房间使用、早餐，泳池等设施耐心的介绍?。?由於以上过几天草原回来我们还继续订住这个酒店。

刷新了我对海拉尔酒店的印象，乾净整洁，服务超好：房间设施很新，窗帘灯光都是智能自动化设施。外卖送到前台，机器人三分钟送上楼到门口。半夜临时需要冰块冷敷，本以为是酒店餐厅的冰块，结果人家是专业的冰袋，还附送毛巾，叮嘱你别冻伤了。见到有小朋友入住，直接送来可爱的拖鞋牙刷辈子。完全治癒了我们一周的疲惫。我们住的是17楼，楼层高，落地窗景色超好，正对古城南门，夜里顺带看了个烟花和灯光秀。
