总体来说，入住感觉还不错，毕竟是香格里拉的牌子。进入大堂时，有适宜的香气，门童也很热情，办理入住也非常快，房间也有欢迎水果。但是出入时door girl有打招呼，金钥匙却站在门口抠耳朵，让人感觉不太好。housekeeping 也有询问是否开夜床。打电话订餐时，说房间的菜单没有及时更新，有的会没有，接电话的声音有点小，挂电话也很匆忙，向客人推荐其他酒水时不知道价格，导致要询问过后要再次打电话给客人房间。room service的服务生可能是实习生，流程还不太熟练，但态度很好。康体部的人员态度都很好，会微笑打招呼。

确实不如别的城市的香格里拉，不过香格里拉的品质还是有所体现的，房间很干净，至少和同城市的其他酒店比太干净了。早餐品种丰富，整体环境比较好。但服务还是需要加强，首先服务员的态度只能说不错，其次酒店有停车场，可以免费停车，可是没人主动告知，停车场收费的还有意误导，说酒店客人也要缴费，真不知道香格里拉穷成什么样了？需要忽悠客人来创收？强烈鄙视，就这一点服务必须两星
