硬件还可以，但前台的态度实在是傲慢的可以！我是第一次入住，起码的介绍也没有，好吧！你不说我问，电梯在哪边，头也不抬随便一指。我晕，我一直往前走，又问了一次人才找到。

一般般的 去看演唱会的时候住的一晚 入住的时候比较久 搞了半天 还找不到我的订单 让我有点不爽 退房的时候还误把押金全扣掉了 收到短信提示打电话过去他们才发现 把钱退了回来 服务态度还行 酒店也有点老了
