到酒店小哥让我们停外面，说停车场满了，后来说是住酒店的才让进来，停地下停车场，酒店地下停车场指示牌有点混乱啊，像迷宫一样，转了好久才找到。住店服务生态度一般啊，也没问我们是否有开车来给免费停车券，还是我自己下楼咨询的，房间在楼层最夹角处，房间不大，只能看见对面万达高楼，退房的服务生态度很好，楼层安静，调到无烟层，大厅装修豪华，被子床舒适，电视不是高清的，性价比还可以吧！

這次過年期間！連續在外住不同酒店。來到烟台萬達文華酒店。發現訂房時間產生錯亂。多虧大廳櫃檯人員張美佳一流服務水準，協調訂房網站，完成此次住房！真心感謝！倒是在國內的酒店住宿，都要收取高額壓金！這次共交了1200元？以前住曼谷文華也沒有收過壓金？全世界大小飯店旅館也沒有給過？搞不懂為什麼要有壓金文化？
