带车入住酒店，停车场居然是前后两排想贴，前车不走，后车出不来。退完房急着开车走，给顶住了，保安缩手无策，说得通过搜索监控找人，差点误事。

非常棒的入住体验，干净的环境，温馨的服务，尤其是孙婷婷小姐姐特别热情，让我们有宾至如归的感觉，询问了是否同行有小朋友，然后说给提供儿童拖鞋和睡衣，还送了小朋友小礼物，然后还升级海景房，棒棒哒，文华的服务真的不是盖的，赞👍
