Delicious noodles cooked order for breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style. The reception was very helpful. Rooms were quite large. Beds were comfortable. Paid laundry washing machine and dryer. Convience store across the road. The meteo was fairly close. Also Dumpling King very close by.

Only 1 lift able to operate,
we are waiting the lift for more than 30 mins. My toilet bowl was stuck at mid night, it was fixed upon request.

I went 4 years ago and the hotel (rooms,cleanliness) was amazing, but this time seems that the hotel has neglected its facilitiesIt and does not provide them with good maintenance, likewise the breakfast, there was no variety

I had a nice spacious bedroom, but the elevators were not working well on Sunday - one was broken and the other one just wouldn't stop to pick me up on the 9th floor, had to use stairs. Gym machine not working.

Nice hotel, located in a residential area. Plenty of eateries nearby and in a walking distance to the metro station. The tall lady at the reception is super nice and really helpful. I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

It does not have the best location as compared with the other branches I’ve stayed at but it has similar standards with cleanliness and amenities. Their breakfast menu was not as extensive but the food was delicious. Trip.com offers a late checkout for using their platform to book but the staff from reception kept on calling and demanding we checkout, which was only an hour from their checkout time.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. The street the hotel is on is a little dilapidated (at least in late April) but has its own charm.
My room was comfortable and a good size for a solo traveler.
The buffet breakfast was big and the selections changed a but every day. I was there during the Labour holiday do there were many guests, and the staff replenished the different dishes often.
I didn't use the laundry room but I took a look... Currently only one washing machine is in service.
The finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Holiday Inn is as always good value for money international hotel chain.
I stayed here during the Spring Festival Holidays (**************), so did not find any restaurants open nearby. The staff was overwhelmed during morning breakfast hours due to lots of guests. Nonetheless they were hardworking and put in extra efforts to serve all the guests, well beyond the breakfast time. Appreciate their service attitude.
A bad experience would be with the washing machine which wouldn't work without coins, which is quite weird as usually the self-service laundry is free or could be operated by QR code payments. I had already put the detergent on the clothes making them wet, only to be told that I had to wait until the next day morning as the front desk did not have coins, I had checkout in the morning.

Good price/value ration, location is a bit off from main tourist spots, but nevertheless just 10-20 min by taxi. Gogol street is couple of blocks away. Rooms are good and clean.
